CRM Consulting & Training

CRM Consulting & Training That Sticks

Most CRMs don't fail because the platform is wrong. They fail because nobody picked the right one for how the team actually works, or nobody trained the people using it. We do both — platform-agnostic advice on which CRM fits, then hands-on training so it gets used.

Do you need CRM consulting, or a specific platform built?

Honest split, so you land on the right page the first time:

This page, if any of these sound familiar

  • You bought a CRM six months ago and half the team is still tracking deals in a spreadsheet on the side.
  • Reps log deals differently depending on who trained them, so nobody trusts the pipeline reports.
  • You're comparing HubSpot, Monday.com, Zoho, and Pipedrive, and every vendor demo says their platform is the answer.
  • A CRM migration went live and adoption cratered by month two — people quietly went back to old habits.

Go straight to a platform page instead

  • You already know the platform and just need it built — go straight to our HubSpot or Monday.com implementation pages.
  • The team already runs the CRM well and what you need is another tool wired into it — that's AI integration, not training.

What we deliver

  • CRM selection & fit assessment

We compare HubSpot, Monday.com, Zoho, and Pipedrive against how your team actually sells and hands off work — then recommend the smallest platform that fits, not the one with the biggest commission.

  • CRM setup & configuration

Pipelines, properties, permissions, and reporting built from scratch, or reconfigured on the platform you already have.

  • Team training & adoption

Role-based sessions with the people who use the CRM daily — not a generic vendor walkthrough — plus admin documentation your team can actually follow.

  • CRM health checks & coaching

A periodic check-in on whether the CRM is still being used the way it was set up, with refresher training when the team changes or habits drift.

How we run an engagement

  1. 1. Audit

We look at how your team actually sells and tracks work today — the CRM you have (or the spreadsheets standing in for one) — and what's genuinely used versus ignored.

  2. 2. Recommend or configure

If you don't have a CRM yet, we recommend the one that fits and build it. If you do, we reconfigure it in place rather than starting over.

  3. 3. Train

Role-based sessions with your reps and admins, scheduled around their week, not a one-hour all-hands demo nobody remembers by Friday.

  4. 4. Reinforce

Office hours and a follow-up health check a few weeks after go-live — the point where adoption usually slips if nobody is watching.

Results from client projects

We've also set up a CRM from scratch for an early-stage company that had never used one before — pipelines, properties, and training built around a team with no prior CRM habits to unlearn, which is its own kind of hard.

Frequently asked questions

We haven't picked a CRM yet — can you help with that?+

Yes, that's the first thing we do. We look at how your team actually sells and hands off work, then recommend the platform that fits — HubSpot, Monday.com, Zoho, or Pipedrive — instead of the one that pays the biggest referral fee. If none of them fit, we'll tell you that too.

We already have a CRM — what does this add?+

Most CRMs that feel broken aren't a platform problem, they're a setup-and-training problem. We audit what's configured, fix the pipeline and properties in place, then train the team on it — usually cheaper and faster than migrating to a new platform.

How is this different from your HubSpot or Monday.com pages?+

Those pages are for teams who already know their platform and want it built. This page is for teams still deciding, or whose CRM isn't landing with the people using it — the work is platform-agnostic until we've done the fit assessment.

Do you train the whole team or just the admin?+

Both, but differently. Admins get configuration and reporting training; reps and other daily users get role-based sessions on exactly the screens and workflows they touch. A generic all-hands demo is the most common reason CRM training doesn't stick.

How much does CRM consulting and training cost?+

Hourly consulting and training sessions run $50–99/hr. A CRM setup with core-team training runs $2,000–$5,000. A full implementation or migration with training across the whole team runs $5,000–$25,000. Fixed price agreed after a free 30-minute call.

Can you fix a CRM nobody uses instead of us switching platforms?+

Yes — that's more often the right call than a migration. We audit what's actually configured versus what's live only on paper, fix it in place, and retrain the team. Migrations are for when the platform itself is genuinely the wrong fit, which is less common than it looks from the inside.

Do you provide support after training?+

Yes. Managed support ($299–2,000/month) covers a health check, workflow fixes, and refresher training when the team changes or usage starts drifting. Month-to-month, no lock-in.
