Field nurses spent 45-90 minutes per visit typing wound assessment notes on tablets with poor connectivity. Data loss during sync failures was a constant issue.
What we built
Built a native React Native app with Deepgram AI voice transcription for hands-free documentation, SQLite-backed offline-first architecture with conflict resolution, and HIPAA-compliant AWS infrastructure. Integrated with client's EMR via secured REST API.
