The challenge
Medical staff spent 30+ minutes per patient report on paper forms, manual PDF generation, and printing/signing workflows. Reports were frequently lost and had to be recreated.
What we built
Built 5 custom React apps embedded directly inside Monday.com Enterprise, covering: intake, examination, treatment plans, billing summaries, and discharge. Added mobile-first form design, offline draft autosave, digital signatures with jsPDF, and HIPAA-compliant audit logging.
Outcomes
- ✓Report creation time dropped from 30 min → 2-3 min (90% reduction)
- ✓Zero lost reports since go-live (was 1-2 per week)
