AI automation for field service companies
For HVAC, plumbing, flooring, appliance repair and other home-service businesses.
We add AI to the system you already run, ServiceTitan or your CRM, instead of replacing it. Pick one job to start with: knowing which parts to bring before the truck rolls, quoting on the spot, or answering the calls you miss.
What we automate for field service teams
Most of the work in a service business happens away from a desk, so most of the data arrives late, in a text thread or in a technician's head. These are the jobs we take on.
Missed calls and booking
An AI receptionist answers when nobody in the office can, collects the job details and books the visit into your calendar or CRM.
Parts prediction
We train a model on your own service history so it can suggest which parts a call will probably need, before the technician leaves the shop.
Quoting in the field
Reps and technicians build a quote on site from live supplier prices, without calling the office first.
Technician dashboards
Performance by technician, pulled from the jobs already in your system.
Data clean-up and integrations
We clean duplicate customers and broken records, then keep your FSM, CRM and the other office tools in sync.

Built on ServiceTitan and the CRM you already use
You don't need new field service software. We connect AI to the one you have.
If you run ServiceTitan, we work with your account and your data in it. If you run a CRM instead, we build on top of that. The office keeps its system of record, and the automation reads from it and writes back to it. We build the workflow layer in n8n automation or Make, with Claude or OpenAI for the AI part. More on how we connect systems: AI integration services.
If you were searching for a ServiceTitan consultant because you want more out of the data already sitting in your account, this is that kind of work.
Work we've done for businesses like yours
We don't name clients without their permission, so these are described by industry only.
An appliance and HVAC repair company.
We built an AI parts-prediction system (Claude, n8n, ServiceTitan) trained on 18,513 historical service records, plus technician performance dashboards.
A flooring retailer and installer.
We built an offline-first web app on top of their existing CRM for their field sales reps, with supplier price feeds and on-the-spot quoting. We deliver it in phases, and the build is ongoing.
Also: a website AI assistant for a mold inspection company, Jotform intake into HubSpot and Airtable for a property manager, and a Monday.com restructure for a construction company's 20+ person team.
See it working: Foreman+
Foreman+ is our own R&D build, not client work. It shows what an AI agent can do in a service call when it is not allowed to guess.
A technician photographs an equipment nameplate and talks. Three AI agents turn that into a job record with an estimate. A fact gets into the record only after it passes a write-gate. In the recorded demo run, the gate refused a manufacture date of 2022 because the nameplate said 05/2004. The record kept 05/2004 and filed the homeowner's statement separately, as a claim.
The demo runs without a login, and the repo is public.

How an engagement starts
We start with one workflow.
1. A 30-minute call.
You tell us where jobs slow down. A second visit for a missing part counts, and so does a quote that waits until the tech is back at the office.
2. One workflow.
We agree on the single one worth building first and what "working" means for it.
3. Built on your tools.
We build it inside the systems you already run, in phases, so you see it work before the next piece.
4. Then the next one.
When the first workflow is in daily use, we pick the next.
This is the same approach as our AI automation for small business. For the wider picture of what we automate, see business process automation.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to leave ServiceTitan?+
No. We build on top of ServiceTitan, or whatever FSM or CRM you run, and the data stays there. The parts-prediction system we built for an appliance and HVAC repair company runs on ServiceTitan with Claude and n8n.
What do you automate first for an HVAC company?+
The one workflow that costs you the most, which we pick together on the first call. For HVAC and appliance repair, we look first at missed calls, parts for the first visit and quotes that can't be written on site. We build one, and the next one waits until the first is in use.
Can technicians and reps use it offline?+
Yes, when the app is built for it. The field sales app we built for a flooring retailer and installer is offline-first and layered on their existing CRM.
Do you build AI receptionists for HVAC companies and plumbers?+
Yes. We build AI receptionists and chat assistants that answer calls or messages, collect the job details and book the visit. The voice work we can point to publicly is a real-estate voice booking agent: we rebuilt a failing one on Retell and n8n, with booking into GoHighLevel. More on this: AI receptionist and chat assistant development.
Which tools do you work with?+
ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, GoHighLevel and Monday.com on the business side; n8n, Make and Windmill for workflows; Claude and OpenAI for the AI. If your stack is different, tell us on the call and we'll say plainly whether it fits.
