Custom jewelry shop juggled 6 disconnected systems (email orders, spreadsheet inventory, paper work orders, QuickBooks, supplier portals, shipping). Admin spent 70%+ time on data entry rather than customer work.
What we built
Consolidated everything into Monday.com with Make.com scenarios pulling order images from Gmail, tracking inventory consumption per order, and routing status updates to the shop floor. Added customer-facing status portal.
